VOD - Nearing buy price?

The last call on Vod was for a rally to 170p which was hit near enough in Nov.
Whats happened since is totally shocking imvho...

The rising trend channel was broken retested and now we have a 1,2,3 high
oh dear....next targets 138p>132p>123p

tbh where this ends up may well depend on who's in 10 downing st come xmas....

as promised please find the VOD chart. Todays fall by 5p is due to share going ex divi

I see that it has broken out the trend line from 2018 at 220p, and may re-test it..

Also 200dma at 220p, I am thinking of buying VOD for long term investment.

can never go wrong with Vod longer term....especially after a prolonged bear phase.

in terms of knowing if the bear phase is over.... still no clear technical evidence imvho....
this stock is still making lower highs and lower lows....the setup doesn't look hugely bullish as such...
or particularly bearish tbh....

i would watch 120p area closely....this should retest that area....if its bullish it should bounce of that area strongly.....if its bearish it may just hang around there and eventually fail...
this does have a negative div on the rsi....which may be hint fora tad more down again.....but as always wdik

This went to 142 and then the news of its results are out.. and today down to 129.

I want to buy some for long term with 7% divi yield.

Not sure to buy in at 122p, which is 200dma or wait to see if it will go to 100p

I think wait and watch for this imvho....the big gap down is clearly bearish....but it could bounce back.
The 200 day ema line and the t/channel, depending on which way it breaks out should provide the momentum trigger and direction for the next move imho...

If anyone has chart requests, can take a look on Sunday.
