Possible short in the making with the declining indicators?

If it breaks higher then the trade could quickly be reversed to play the break out or on a retest of 370.

Banks generally fall together and I think we are seeing wave 4 forming on the lloyds charts. Could we also see a wave 4 on RBS too?
